These SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern text message communications between Koberstein Rental & Sales, Inc. (“Koberstein,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and individuals who communicate with Koberstein employees by text message.

About Our Text Messaging Service
Koberstein uses text messaging to facilitate individual, one-to-one business communications between Koberstein employees and customers, prospective customers, vendors, subcontractors, employees, job applicants, and other business contacts.
Text messages may include communications concerning project coordination, scheduling, service inquiries, business inquiries, employment-related matters, vendor or subcontractor coordination, deliveries, meetings, and other routine business matters.
Koberstein's text messaging service is intended for conversational, person-to-person business communications. It is not intended for mass marketing or promotional text messaging.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number to Koberstein and agreeing to communicate by text message, initiating a text message conversation with a Koberstein employee, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Koberstein, you consent to receive text messages from the Koberstein employee or telephone number with which you are communicating.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Koberstein.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your business relationship and your communications with Koberstein. Because this service is intended for individual, conversational communications, there is no predetermined number of messages that you will receive.
Message and Data Rates
Koberstein does not charge you for sending or receiving messages through our text messaging service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages from a Koberstein telephone number at any time by replying STOP.
You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out words, including QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT.
Because Koberstein's SMS service consists of individual person-to-person conversations, an opt-out request applies to the particular Koberstein telephone number and conversation from which you opted out.
After you opt out, you may receive a final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent from that number unless you subsequently request or consent to resume text messaging.
Resuming Text Messages
If you previously opted out and would like to resume text messages, reply START to the applicable Koberstein telephone number or otherwise contact the Koberstein employee with whom you wish to communicate.

Delivery of text messages is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and mobile carriers. Koberstein is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by circumstances outside our control.
